- First Basic Court in Belgrade court registry office is divided into departments and is situated in the following locations:

104 Zorana Đinđić Boulevard

Ground floor

  • information and reception desk
  • Department or reception, expedition and delivery service (rooms #36,37,38)
  • Department for notarization of immobilities located on the territory under the jurisdiction of the First Basic Court in Belgrade, as well as all other notarizations on the territory of the city of Belgrade (room #34)
  • Issuing transcripts and photocopies of notarized documents of the former First, Second and Third Municipal courts in Belgrade (rooms #34 and reception desk)
  • Issuing certificates that no criminal procedure or investigation has been initiated against an individual (room #32)
  • Issuing certificates that have been ordered on-line (room #32):
    1. Certificate of non-deprival of parental rights
    2. Certificate of divorce proceedings
    3. Certificate of non-deprival of work capacity
    4. Certificate that no criminal procedure or investigation has been initiated
  • Court registry for the Department for Preliminary Proceedings (room #14)
  • Court registry for the Criminal Department (chief of court registry office Svetlana Ćurčić – room #11)
  • Court registry for the Department for Enforcement based on authentic document (rooms #15, 16, 17, 18)

First floor

  • Information regarding Criminal matters (room #113) case file viewing, issuing visit permits
  • Criminal Department Court registry office (rooms #111, 112, 114, 115)

* For the purpose of providing faster and more efficient service, the First Basic Court in Belgrade recommends that all documents pertaining to the Criminal department be submitted in the court building at 104 Zoran Đinđić Boulevard.
