For the purpose of monitoring and studying the practice of courts and international judicial agencies, a department of judicial practice is formed, and the judicial practice department executives are appointed by the President.

The judicial practice department consists of, in order of function, the President of the Court, Deputy Presidents of the Court, all the presidents of other departments and their deputies, as well as the judicial practice department president, and all of them comprise the editorial board of the judicial practice newsletter, published by this court. Certain tasks within this department's competence, the President of the Court can delegate to other judges he/she assigns.
