LITIGATION DEPARTMENT

The Basic Court in the first instance adjudicates on civil law disputes that aren't under the jurisdiction of another court, and handles executive and contentious proceedings which aren't under the jurisdiction of another court. The Basic Court in the first instance adjudicates on housing disputes; disputes regarding employment and cease of employment; on rights, obligations and responsibilities deriving from a working relationship; on the compensation an employee is entitled to based on the harm suffered at work or related to work; disputes regarding the fulfillment of housing needs based on work merits.
