Land registry 

The First Basic Court in Belgrade, previously the Second Municipal Court in Belgrade, was the largest land registry court in Serbia which covered the territory of the entire - "old" Belgrade, and the department of this court is located in Belgrade, in Savska st. 17a. Furthermore, previously the Fourth Municipal Court functioned as a land registry court and covered the territory of Novi Beograd, Zemun and other suburbs, and the department of this court for these cadastral municipalities is located in Zemun, in Zemunski kej st. 29.

UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE FIRST BASIC COURT are the following Cadastral Municipalities: Žarkovo, Velika Moštanica, Rucka, Pećani, Ostružnica, Mali Mokri Lug, Ripanj, Veliki Borak, Baćevac, Železnik, Slanci, Begaljica, Kumodraž, Kaluđerica, Borča (in part), Umka, Vrčin, Vranić, Dobanovci, Ugrinovci, Batajnica and Boljevci.

This court - the land registry department acts upon requests for the issuing of TITLE DEEDS for the aforementioned CMs, as well as for the Cadastral Municipalities that have been handed over to the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) for the purpose of creating a real estate cadastre for the following CMs: Belgrade 6 (Čukarica), Kneževac, Zaklopača, Veliko Selo, Veliki Mokri Lug, Surčin, Zemun IV.
