New, redesigned Internet presentation of the First Basic Court in Belgrade


The First Basic Court in Belgrade launched, with pride, its new web presentation.The First Basic Court in Belgrade launched, with pride, its new web presentation.Acting President of the Court, Ms Tanja Šobat, in regards to the launching of the new website version, stated: "Paying close attention to the visitors' remarks and suggestions, a number of changes and amendments to the First Basic Court website have been made, in conceptual as well as aesthetic terms. Therefore, citizens have been provided with a refurbished version of all the existing, as well as a multitude of new contents, with the desire to bring our services and work closer to the parties and present them in the most accessible way possible."


As part of the new, improved First Basic Court presentation, apart from the existing:

  • court tax calculator
  • default interest calculator
  • certificate ordering
  • appointment of case file viewing;

there is a number of new on-line applications, such as:

  • electronic bulletin board
  • expert witness and interpretor database
  • facilitated access service for people with disabilities;

as well as applications expected to begin functioning soon:

  • support service
  • course of motion processing
  • media relations service.




The Manager of the First Basic Court in Belgrade, M.A. Milenko Đuričić emphasized: "I would like to commend the IT department of the First Basic Court, responsible for the development and design of the new web presentation and its applications. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the citizens and ask them to keep contributing with their ideas and criticism to the continual development of the Court's website, as well as invite them to help make together carrying out justice efficient, transparent and in accordance with the users' needs."
